Play your part in keeping the areas around your home in good condition
It is important for people to be happy with the quality of their neighbourhood, and have their say on how it is maintained and can be improved.
If you live in an area that receives grounds maintenance and/or communal cleaning services, we would like to invite you to join our community of Estate Service Champions.
As a champion, you would give feedback on the quality of our ground’s maintenance and communal cleaning. Whether things are going smoothly, or improvements are needed, your feedback matters and will make sure the service you receive is the best it can be.
Why become an Estate Service Champion?
- By working with other customers in your neighbourhood you can help keep your community happy.
- Your feedback helps us maintain high-quality services. And when things are not going quite as planned, telling us helps to correct it as soon as possible.
- And it’s simple! All you will need to do is complete a quick five minute survey which we will send to you.
To get involved, please complete an expression of interest form.
Our LiveWest resident Maureen from Devon said: “It’s empowering to raise issues and feel more connected to the community. Residents need a voice, and being an Estate Services Champion allows me to contribute.”
To help make sure our services are working for everyone in our diverse communities, we are particularly keen to hear from members of ethnic minority communities, LGBTQ+ community, and those under 45. Let’s work together and make our services the best they can be.
