Have you signed up to our customer portal yet? If not, now is the perfect time to.

The customer portal is usually the quickest way to report and check repairs, as well as to make payments.

You can sign up for an account easily online. All you will need is your Tenancy Reference Number (Agreement Number), an email address, and your date of birth.

Find out more about the customer portal and how to sign up.

You can carry on reporting any repairs on the customer portal over Christmas whilst we’re closed. Take a look at our opening hours over the festive period.
