We are committed to getting our customers involved with what we do, getting feedback and ideas on the range of services we offer to make sure we are performing well for our customers.

Our latest InFocus updates
My name is James, and I am the chair of InFocus, LiveWest’s customer scrutiny group. We currently have over 40 members who are located across the South West and we work in partnership with LiveWest to help:
- Make sure our customers’ priorities are heard and acted upon.
- Review our performance and focus on key issues for us to address.
- Act as a sounding board for proposed changes to service delivery and policies.
- Consider value for money and help identify what services our customers’ value.
- Identify and celebrate what we are doing well.
We have three groups within InFocus all with different roles.
We have the Service Review group that carry out full reviews on the services we receive from LiveWest with the view to improving these. We have been looking at the repairs service, from the time a repair is reported until the operative arrives on the doorstep. We have recently finalised our report of findings and recommendations, which we will present to the business, and they will then let us know whether they accept the recommendations and let us know when these will be implemented, to improve this important service for all customers.
Our second group, the Policy, Strategy and Performance group, have given feedback on the Neighbourhood Management policy, looked at the LiveWest quarterly performance report and have also given our views on service charges, including an equality impact assessment..
Our last group is Friends of InFocus, who have given feedback about any recent repairs they have had. This feedback will support the latest review of the repairs service.
We are always looking for new members, so whether you can give ten minutes of your time or a few hours of your time each month, there is a role for you! We are a friendly group of customers and would love to welcome you.

Join our Customer Communications group
Did you know we have a group of customers that work in partnership with LiveWest to make sure the way we communicate with customers is relevant, engaging, accessible and easy to read? We are looking for new members to join the group!
It is easy to take part from the comfort of your own home by completing a short survey and giving your feedback at a time which suits you.
So far customers on the group have been reviewing campaigns across our website, newsletter and service policies to make sure the communication is plain language, and the content is relevant and engaging to support us getting our communications right first time. Interested? Sign up to join the group.
