We are committed to providing high quality homes for our customers, which includes occasionally updating or replacing parts of existing homes, such as kitchens or bathrooms.
We review the quality of kitchens and bathrooms periodically to check that everything is in a good condition and to see whether anything needs to be replaced. If work does need to be done then we will do that, however a review does not mean you will automatically receive a new kitchen, bathroom, doors, windows or other components.
Each of our homes will have a different date for being reviewed, and we will be unable to do early reviews. This could mean that different homes in the same building may have reviews years apart.

If you have an issue with your home that needs fixing, you can report a repair by getting in contact with us.
You can also make use of the solve an issue tool on our website. Solve an issue contains information and advice on a range of common problems you may experience at home, for example restarting boilers or heating systems, unblocking drains or frozen pipes. You can also find out if you are responsible for fixing the problem, or if it is something we are responsible for fixing.
