We work alongside many valued organisations who provide services to customers and neighbourhoods. By working together to get support for people or to deliver projects and initiatives, we can combine our knowledge and expertise to promote social, environmental, and economic wellbeing in our communities.

The organisations we work with include those who specialise in health and wellbeing, money advice, employment, education, community, environment, youth, and older persons services.

We also work jointly with Local Authorities, Police, Fire and Rescue and the NHS to provide homes, keep customers safe and well and to help make our neighbourhoods a safe place to live, work and visit.

We work with hospital discharge teams and a range of community services such as community mental health teams.
