Changes to parking enforcement

March 2025

Services

We have changed the contractor we use to manage parking enforcement for some of our schemes across the region.

We are now using NPC Group Ltd (NPC), who will now patrol sites previously managed by Premier Parking Solutions (PPS), Bristol Parking Services (BPS) and Link Parking. There are currently some schemes managed by Link Parking, however these will be move to NPC later in 2025.

If this change effects where you live, you may see new signs up in your neighbourhood, and NPC will be in touch with more details about your service.

The majority of sites will use a mix of e-permits for residents and physical permits for visitors, and later this year we will be looking at how we can improve visitor parking at some of our bigger schemes.
