Dealing with damp and mould

If you have tried to remove damp and mould in your home and are finding that it keeps coming back it is really important that you report it to us, as we can then help you to get rid of it.

This might be through further advice or it may be that there is an underlying issue and we need to carry out work on your home.

The best way to show us the problem is to send us pictures by email or through our new customer portal. When you report it, we may conduct a virtual inspection to help us understand the problem before coming out to fix it.
