We like to visit you and your neighbourhood regularly to see how things are going and how your neighbourhood looks. We’ll visit:
You when you move in
It’s important for us to get to know you, and you us. So, your housing officer will meet you when you get the keys to your new home and make sure we give you the right information from the start.
You and your home
As part of our approach to tenancy management, we will visit all our new customers between six and eight months of starting your tenancy. We will also visit all our customers every five years to make sure we are delivering on our responsibilities as a landlord and supporting you to make sure you’re adhering to your responsibilities as a customer.
Your neighbourhood to see how it looks
We like to visit our neighbourhoods regularly to make sure they’re kept clean and tidy, and free from any health and safety risks. Our visits are also a good time to look at ideas to improve the area, so why not join us when we visit? We like to hear your ideas, thoughts, and opinions on your neighbourhood, so if you’d like to join us please get in touch with your housing officer.
Your neighbourhood for events
We don’t stop at routine visits as we want your neighbourhood to be a great place to live! We want you to get to know your neighbours and get involved in your community. We’ll let you know when these are.
