The Coach House provides accommodation for 13 young parents and young people aged 16-24 years. The scheme is gated, with a wall mounted buzzer which connects to the office or any of the flats. On entering there is a courtyard which provides direct access to each of the properties, and our office is the first door on the right on entry.
On the site of an original coach house, each self-contained property consists of two floors. There is also one shared flat accommodating three young people with a communal lounge and kitchen facilities.
Our support team is based onsite with a concierge service (a staff member who can help with bags, post and other needs) from 5pm to 5am.
Referrals to The Coach House are via Cornwall Council’s Youth Homelessness Team, children’s services, or self-referral for young parents.
The Coach House is Ofsted registered and a member of Foyer Federation.
