Outside of Plymouth Foyer

Plymouth Foyer provides accommodation for 50 young people between ages 16-25. The service is broken down into three areas of accommodation., There are 37 homes within the main Foyer. Advantage Point provides six homes of emergency accommodation for 16/17-year-olds, and Phoenix Apartments provides seven homes of move-on accommodation.  

The accommodation is set across 13 flats where each young person has their own bedroom with en-suite and share a communal living/kitchen area in each flat. Residents have access to a communal laundry room on the ground floor. Bike storage is provided.

All young people have access to a chill-out area (opening times can vary) which is located on the ground floor and accessed through the courtyard. This includes access to pool table, table tennis, TV, games console, media suite & a variety of activities. Wi-Fi is provided.

Our support team are based on site and we are staffed 24 hours with a waking support worker and a concierge (a staff member who can help with bags, post and other needs). Advantage point also has a sleeping night.

Additional move-on accommodation is provided for eight young people in shared two-bedroom flats nearby at Kings St and Octagon St.  

Referrals to the Foyer are via Plymouth’s Children Services and Housing teams, A2A hub and The Zone.

Plymouth Foyer is Ofsted registered and a member of Foyer Federation.
