When you move into your LiveWest home your Housing Officer will confirm if the parking area is managed by Premier Parking Solutions (PPS) You will see signs displayed around the area confirming that it is a permitted zone. If this is the case you will need to apply for a parking permit from us. It is important that you are aware of any parking restrictions that may be in place. If you are unsure if you live in a parking controlled area, please contact us for confirmation.
How to apply for a parking permit
If your home is located in Devon click here to apply for a parking permit.
If your home is located in Cornwall click here to apply for a parking permit.
If your home is located in Somerset or the West of England you will need to obtain a parking permit from your housing officer. Click here to find your housing officer.
What to do if you receive a parking ticket
If you have received a parking ticket from Premier Parking Solutions (PPS) you can appeal the Penalty Charge Notice (PCN). Instructions on how to do this will be contained on the charge notice notice or you can find out more about how to appeal here.
Replacement parking permits
If you have lost your parking permit or need a replacement you will need to pay for a new permit. Please be aware that replacement parking permits are charged at £10 each.
