Support available following changes to your rent

We recently contacted our customers about the annual changes to rent. By now, you should have received your rent review letter confirming what this means for you.
We understand that any change to your rent is important and can cause concern, and we want to ensure you have the right support in place if you need it.
As a not-for-profit organisation, we reinvest the money we earn into maintaining and improving homes, enhancing energy efficiency, providing customer support, and funding community projects. To continue this vital work, rents for most of our customers will be increasing by 2.7% from April 2025.
If you are concerned about managing this change, we are here to help. We have a range of support available, including:
- A dedicated £600,000 fund to support customers with living costs, maintained at the same level as last year.
- Advice and assistance from your Income Officer if you need help making payments.
- Support from our Tenancy Sustainment team for those facing financial challenges.
- A cost of living hub on our website with details of government support, as well as help from organisations such as Westcountry Savings and Loans.
