We have released the results of our customer lifestyle and experience survey

Our Slice of Life report looks at different aspects of our customers' lives

We are pleased to be able to share the results of our Slice of Life survey for 2022. 

The report looks at many aspects of customers’ lives, including finances, their experience of living in our homes and communities, health and wellbeing, digital confidence and their views and aspirations towards housing and home ownership.

This is our second Slice of Life survey following the first in late 2020. This report builds on the knowledge we gathered from that research as we look to track how our customers experiences and views are changing, moving from the problems caused by Covid-19 towards the cost of living crisis, which is particularly affecting energy, fuel and food.

Following the results of the survey, we have contacted customers that gave permission who indicated they could benefit from some of the range of support we offer as a landlord. This includes help with loneliness and social isolation, digital skills and getting back into work. It has also provided us with vital information for future decision making by increasing our understanding of our customers lives and experiences, and will help us to shape our services for our customers.
