Sarah Williams was approached by the prestigious awards panel, which judges organisations across Europe that are leading the way in delivering exceptional service to customers.
As part of her role on the panel, Sarah will make site visits to some of the organisations which have been shortlisted for either Contact Centre of the Year or Great Place to Work.
She will then attend a panel judging session in Blackfriars, London, to discuss her findings and the awards evening takes place on Tuesday 26 November at Evolution in Battersea Park.
Sarah said: “I am delighted to have been approached to judge the shortlisted teams for the European Contact Centre and Customer Service awards.
“The ECCCS awards are the longest running largest European awards programme in the industry and they look to recognise exceptional service to customers.
“I have been asked to be a judge because of my over 25 years of customer service experience, my role will be to listen to presentations, ask appropriate questions then use my experience to score the nominations against set criteria.
“I will also have the opportunity through the judging experience to hear from organisations that are delivering best practice service to customers. I will also be provided with an ECCCSA judge logo that I will be able to use, and the opportunity to network with other judges throughout the process.”
