We recently added a new feature to our customer portal which means you can now rearrange appointments for some repairs.
So, if you’ll be out at work, have an appointment or just need to move your slot to a more convenient time, you can now do this in just a few steps.
We are currently only offering this for some repairs, so you may not currently be able to use this feature for some repairs.
Rearranging your slot to a time you will definitely be at home helps us to complete as many repairs for our customers as possible. Unfortunately we are not able to complete a large number of repairs due to customers not being at home, so if you do need to change it, please rearrange it in the customer portal or by getting in touch.
