Mike Parker, a LiveWest customer in Exeter, has recently won the RHS Britain in Bloom Volunteer of the Year award.
St David’s Neighbourhood Partnership Volunteer, Christine Fraser said: ‘’Mike won this award because of the many years of service he has provided to the community in St David’s. By sharing his gardening skills he has created a clean and safe environment. His work has also helped St David’s to achieve a Gold RHS Britain in Bloom award.’’
LiveWest Community Connector Lesley Browne said: ‘’Mike’s actions have made a real difference to his local community and made it a great place to live.’’
