We have welcomed Paul Turner to the role of Executive Director of People and Communications.
In the newly created position, Paul will provide strategic direction and leadership for our people services, learning and development, communications and organisational development activities.
Paul said: “I am delighted to be taking on this new role at what is an exciting time for LiveWest.
“I am looking forward to maintaining a great working environment for colleagues, where our people can flourish and deliver great services to our customers.
“I am passionate about supporting colleagues to grow and develop to deliver fantastic customer experiences.”
Paul brings to LiveWest a wealth of expertise and extensive experience in people and culture, communications, and organisational development.
Paul has had a successful career in Human Resources (HR) for over 20 years across commercial sectors, holding senior positions including an executive role with the British manufacturer Princess Yachts where he was HR Director leading HR activities for over 3,000 colleagues globally.
Paul is also a Trustee of St Petrocks, a homeless charity in Exeter.
