A website has launched to provide a behind-the-scenes look at Orchard Grove, the major new development at Comeytrowe.
Construction has started to bring 2,000 new homes to Taunton and we are delighted to be delivering the affordable homes on the site.
The website - www.orchard-grove.com - offers information, updates, and ways to communicate with the consortium of housebuilders behind the development – which sees us in a joint venture with our valued partner, Vistry Group.
The new website outlines the vision behind the development, which will be created over the next decade and deliver 2,000 new homes, amenities and public green space.
As work on the garden community progresses, a dedicated news section will provide interesting updates on the site and its milestones.
Given that work started on site last month, the new development is beginning to gain more public interest and the website features a FAQ section, giving answers to a host of questions about future plans, infrastructure and amenities, and issues of interest to those living locally.
This will be updated regularly, and Parish councils have been invited to submit questions. Keen to ensure those interested in Orchard Grove have the chance to contact the team behind the development, the website also includes information on how to get in touch.
A new email address has been created, and all queries regarding the development can now be directed to info@orchard-grove.com, which the project team will respond to.
