Be part of our InFocus group

We are looking for more customers to join our InFocus scrutiny group.

The opportunity 

We want to give our customers a voice to help us shape our services and we are trying a new approach to customer scrutiny. Our InFocus scrutiny group currently has around 40 members - all customers who are giving their time to take part. We would like to build on the great work they are doing and are looking to recruit more members, particularly from underrepresented groups.  

What does the group focus on?

  • Ensuring customer priorities are heard and acted upon. 
  • Review our performance and focus on key issues.  
  • Value for money and helping to identify which services our customers value. 
  • Celebrating and promoting what we do well.

We would like the group to consist of a diverse mix of people, with different skills and knowledge, which represents our diverse communities, and promotion will reflect this.

What do I have have to do?

  • Be part of an online community that shapes our business.
  • Work with LiveWest colleagues to identify issues and address them.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions when possible. 
  • Assist with the preparation of quarterly reports for our Customer Services Committee.
