We have two upcoming sites providing new homes in the Pucklechurch area, near Bristol which will provide 58 affordable homes by the end of 2019, with 27 of them being Shared Ownership and 31 being affordable rent. There will be a mixture of flats and houses available.
Katie Stamper, LiveWest Development Project Manager, said: “We are proud to be making a difference by improving the affordable housing market in an area where locals are being increasingly priced out of purchasing homes. We are pleased to be contributing to the area’s history by enhancing the neighbouring World War II balloon tethering site as part of the development.”
The smaller site of the two schemes has recently been named by the local council as Cable Close and the larger site has been called The Moorings.
