Much needed new affordable homes are one step closer to hand over to local people.
LiveWest has partnered with Baker Estates to deliver affordable homes on the new development site in Appledore, in Devon.
The mix of new homes at Estuary View include 49 distinctive and stylish bungalows, as well as a selection of two and four-bedroom houses, suited to first time buyers, second steppers, downsizers and families alike.
There will be four affordable homes for local people to live in which include 2 three-bedroom homes and 2 two-bedroom homes which will include social rent and shared ownership tenure.
Our Senior Development Manager, Sally Bryant, went on a site visit at the latest new development in Appledore.

Sally was given a tour of Estuary View by Graham Hutton, Operations Director at Baker Estates, to look at the progress of the homes being built at the site.

Estuary View has been one of the fastest-selling developments with many bought by locals from the Appledore area.
Baker Estates launched its four-bedroom show home, ‘The Rosemary’, last month, which features a stunning traditional layout and a master bedroom with an ensuite.
