Terms of service:

1.LiveWest approval for you to carry out an improvement/modification of any work described above can only be validly given in writing by an authorised member of LiveWest.

2. I/We understand that should LiveWest grant consent for the improvements/modification LiveWest will accept no responsibility for ensuring that the work is undertaken to a satisfactory standard, and/or that all statutory requirements are compiled with.

3. I/We understand that any works in connection with the improvement/modification must be carried
out in a professional manner and the materials and work undertaken must be a professional standard. All alterations/improvements will remain or will be reinstated to its original condition by you, if required by LiveWest.

4. I/We understand that any alteration to telephone, gas, water, electricity services or drainage, must conform to the requirements of the agency concerned and appropriate certificates obtained. A gas/electrical test certificate should always be available where such work has been carried out. An independent test may be required in other circumstances depending on the nature of the work proposed and you must ensure that regulations covering these services are adhered to.

5. I/Will be responsible for the repair and upkeep of the improvement and for consequential make
good/repair of the property following the improvement.

6. I/Will indemnity LiveWest against all costs and damage resulting from the action against LiveWest in respect of any alleged breach of Planning and Building Regulations requirements or any other statutory requirements or claim from Third Parties in all circumstances.

7. I/We agree that any costs and expenses incurred will be borne to myself/ourselves.

8. I/We agree to cover all costs associated with the works, including any surveyors’ fees
that may be required during and after completion. I understand that if I/We incur costs (e.g., architect fees or technical drawings) prior to receiving formal permission, this is done so at my/our own risk.
