Procurement: Involving you in decision making when we come to procuring new services (two hours per week)

Customer Communications Reviews: Ensuring communication is in plain language, engaging and informative through quick survey reviews (15 minutes per week)

Estate Service Surveys: Feedback on how our grounds maintenance, communal cleaning and communal fire alarm contractors are performing (30 minutes per month)

Shared Ownership Virtual Panel: For shared owners to feedback about our services and proposed improvements (two hours every three months)

Customer Complaints Panel: Learning from complaints and making recommendations to improve where it has gone wrong (three hours every every three months)
