Priority Services
Priority Services registers provide extra support for anyone who needs it. This could be due to a physical or learning disability, illness, age or communication requirement, or other reasons. If you’re an account holder or nominated carer you can usually register on behalf of someone else.
This extra support could include water deliveries if your supply is interrupted, communicating with you in a different format, help keeping your medical equipment running in a power cut, and more.
Find out more on your provider's website.
