Bodmin Foyer provides accommodation for 16 young people aged 16–24 years and is in the centre of Bodmin town, just off the main Fore street, accessed by a long driveway that leads into a car park for four vehicles. The Foyer is split into two buildings.
Block 1 is in a ‘C’ shaped, three story building and houses 10 single flats which are single occupancy and have their own bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. On the ground floor of this block at the front, near the car park, the office is situated which contains two offices, a toilet, a training kitchen and communal space. Each single flat is fully furnished with whitegoods, including a washer dyer.
Block 2 is a two-story building which houses six young people in two shared flats. Each flat that houses three young people has a shared communal kitchen, living room and corridor which leads to their own bedroom and bathroom. To the left of block 2, is a small communal garden. Each shared block communal kitchen is fully furnished with whitegoods, including a washer and dryer.
Our support team is based onsite with a concierge service from 5pm to 5am.
