If you are a LiveWest customer and you would like an additional person to live in your home, please complete the form below to request consent. Consideration of consent for such cases will only be given where overcrowding does not occur and where the tenant has followed all the conditions of tenancy, including the payment of rent.

Before requesting for an additional person to live in your home please consider:

Whether the additional person potentially moving into your home will have any implications on any benefits you might claim. If uncertain of this, please reach out to your local authority for advice.
