Reporting repairs.
We’re pleased to say the issues affecting customers reporting repairs yesterday (16 September) are now fixed. Customers can now let us know about repairs by phone and customer portal. If you are calling, you may experience delays due to high volumes as we catch up. There may also be delays if you have emailed us.
