We want our customers to send us their best winter wildlife photos, as part of our Winter Photo Competition.
Photos can be of any wildlife, landscape, or animal, and should have a winter theme. This could mean a landscape you enjoy walking in during the winter, wildlife that you see during the winter, or animals in a festive scene - whatever catches your eye or your imagination this winter. See the photos throughout this article for inspiration!
Leanda Flower, our Community Investment Manager, said: “As the evenings get darker and the days get colder, a lot of us may spend less time outdoors which can impact our wellbeing. We want this competition to encourage people to get outdoors and spend more time connecting to nature or sharing a winter walk.
“I’m really excited to see the range of photos coming in - we could have anything from a robin spotted on someone’s window ledge to a stag on Dartmoor. We hope people have fun capturing seasonal pictures and enjoying the wildlife in their communities.”
There is no need to have a fancy camera or to be a professional photographer, we want to see everyone's photos and hear your stories behind them.
Customers who send in a winning photo will receive a voucher towards their Christmas shop. Winners will be able to choose the voucher they receive – see our Terms and Conditions for a full list of vouchers available.
Getting out in nature has been proven to benefit our mental health, and with so many beautiful landscapes to enjoy in the South West, we are spoilt for choice! From the Gloucestershire hills and the moors of Devon to the shores of Cornwall, there is so much for us to enjoy.

You could even take a picture of your pet! So, your photogenic pooch, your charismatic cat or another of your festive furry friends could help you to win a great prize. If your pet is the sweetest snowman in the North Pole, the cheekiest elf in Santa’s workshop or the most perfect present under the tree, we want to see them.
