Our Aids and Adaptations team help our customers make changes to their home.

Our Aids and Adaptations team visited our customers across the South West as part of our Aids and Adaptations roadshow.
our Aids and Adaptations team

Our Aids and Adaptations team were busy travelling across the South West over the summer and autumn months, meeting customers who may benefit from an aid or adaptation in their home.

The team support customers to live independently in their homes by providing simple, low cost, minor adaptations, such as grab rails, lever taps, stair rails, handrails and key safes.

At our roadshow events, customers were able to chat to our team and find out more about how we can support them with making small adaptations to their home.

We were able to provide face-to-face assessments and signpost customers to other useful services and agencies that could support them.

We also worked with LiveWell Independent Centre, Medequip, Cornwall Council, South Hams District Council and other organisations to make sure our roadshows were as useful as possible.
