What green products products are best to use in the shower?

Taking a shower instead of a bath is better for the environment as it uses less water but what you use in the shower can be just as important.

• Consider moving away from plastic packaging and containers, for example switching to a soap bar which is packaged in recyclable paper rather than a shower gel in a plastic bottle.
