Celebrating investment in Cornwall with our new office opening
We are celebrating our continued investment in the south west by officially launching our new 17,000sqft flexible office space in Tolvaddon in Cornwall. The move signals an exciting new chapter as we continue to be one of the biggest employers in the region.
Providing 36,500 homes to over 70,000 people throughout the south west from Gloucester to the Isles of Scilly, we will be investing over £2billion into the south west economy over the next decade; developing 16,000 new homes of all tenures including low-cost rent and sale, market rent and sale, and a range of supported housing and intermediate housing products creating choice and flexibility.
Our new Cornwall headquarters offers a high quality, energy efficient and sustainable office building, which maximises efficiency of company services, facilitating the operational management and the future growth and development plans of the south west’s leading housing provider. The new office enhances collaborative working enabling performance to increase for the business supporting customers when they need it.
Home to over 210 of our 1,400 employees, the new offices will help improve service quality and consistency for our 70,000 customers from an easily accessible site. It will also support over 200 employees who are mobile working in the area.
We have plans to invest more than £200m to provide around 1,800 new homes in Cornwall over the next five years as part of our commitment to tackle the desperate shortage of homes for families to rent and to buy whilst continually investing in current housing and communities.

Further office touchdown locations throughout the south west have been developed to provide a network of places where staff and customers can meet to offer them even better customer service experiences.
The office space has been delivered in partnership with local construction firm Bradys Construction Ltd. Local architects Poynton Bradbury Wynter Cole were appointed to work with us to design the purpose built open plan office with a focus on delivering a low carbon innovative design and reducing the buildings overall carbon footprint
We have an office in Weston Super Mare and opened a state of the art office in Skypark, Exeter last year. With good transport networks, the new locations mean more accessibility for staff and customers as well as reduced travel times.
